APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT POLICY A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance on the day of your service. Deposit Terms: • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment for any reason. • To reschedule your appointment and retain your deposit, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. • Deposits are non-transferable between services. If you decide to switch to a different service after booking, a new $50 deposit will be required to reserve the new appointment. Payment Methods Accepted: • Zelle • Venmo • Cash • Credit/Debit Cards (2.5% processing fee applies) ARRIVAL AND LATE POLICY • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling, as it can disrupt other clients’ appointments. • New clients will need to complete a consent form with medical history questionnaire before their procedure. ELIGIBILITY FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP • Clients must be at least 18 years old. • It is essential to disclose any medical conditions, medications, or allergies prior to booking. Clients with uncontrolled diabetes, pregnant individuals, or those undergoing certain medical treatments may not be eligible for permanent makeup. • If you have previous permanent makeup work, a consultation is required to assess suitability. PRE-PROCEDURE GUIDELINES • Please do not drink coffee on the procedure day. Avoid fish oil, blood-thinning medications (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) for 2 days. No alcohol 24 hours prior to the appointment. • Do not book appointments within 2 weeks of vacations, chemical peels, or cosmetic procedures in the treatment area. • Ensure the skin in the treatment area is free of active acne, sunburn, or irritation. TOUCH-UP POLICY • A touch-up session is recommended 6-8 weeks after the initial appointment to perfect the results. • Touch-up fees are separate and apply only to our returning clients. Please refer to the touch-up pricing for details. • We do not offer touch-ups for work done by other artists. Clients with prior permanent makeup are considered cover-up or correction services and will require a consultation before scheduling. REFUND POLICY • All services are non-refundable, as results depend on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
